Hi, my name is Paula, my family sometimes affectionately call me Monica. Whilst this could be because I like things tidy and am a little competitive, it is mainly because I am passionate about food and love to feed people!! 

I have my own mama to thank for igniting this fire, as she was always keen to have me by her side, learning family recipes.  My reward was that I was given the honour of the role of chief taster.  The joy I felt at being given the extra bit of Cypriot bechamel sauce to devour as she made "macaronia dou fournou" stays with me to this day. 

With just like mama cooks, I would like to invite you into my kitchen, with the aim of inspiring you to explore the joy of cooking sessions teaching simple, flavourful recipes from Cyprus and beyond. My mission is to make cooking fun and accessible, helping guests discover new dishes and gain confidence with food.
