Food is a big part of who I am. Holiday destinations are determined by the cuisine of the region, plans with friends revolve around which restaurant we will visit. I love to eat but I also I love to cook, whether that be food from my own culture (Cypriot) or from any other culture around the world. So come join me for a kitchen adventure, after all, the best recipes were created by someone’s mama
Tastes of Italy
Join me for my first set of experiences which will take you to Southern Italy.
I will teach you how to make hand shaped orecchiette pasta. Together we will also make a delicious accompanying sauce and a salad.
The other Italian class is homemade pizza, no special equipment required! You get to choose the toppings, make your sauce from scratch and make a wonderful salad to accompany the pizza and mop up the dressing with the crusts.
Once the food is ready, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour in my serene dining room.
Classes will run twice a week, duration is approximately 2 hours at a cost of £49 per person. Contact me for available dates. 6 persons per class.
